——- Again this isn’t me Mike Runey doing this, I don’t run scripts or bots or do marketing campaigns. This is for RingCentral making my life a living hell before I can make both of our lives' easier by having simple text conversations without having to give everyone my personal phone number. Honestly if I read a Text message saying START I would be worried you might be having a stroke.

I guess that basically will block my number from being able to text you again. Which is fine, but I’d rather you send me an email or call stating a polite “I’ve decided to use another accountant”

I CANNOT stress how stupid I feel having to put this on my website. All of my clients know to get help from me is to ask a simple question or give me a call. 13 years I’ve been at this and not one client in the history of client’s has ever thought texting the word help in all caps is a good way to communicate their problem.

Runey Business Solutions will only contact you via email about business related matters such as documents, appointments, answering questions or general business related conversations pertaining to your case.
